What's the Difference?
Regular chatbots just wait for your commands (passive). Conversely, AI Agents have 'goals' (active). Example:
- Chatbot: You ask 'Write an offer email to a client'. It writes, you send.
- AI Agent: You give the command 'Increase sales by 10% this month'. The Agent will automatically research the market, write emails, send them to 100 prospects, reply to basic questions, and schedule meetings for you.
